Gateway M-6752 15.4in T5450 3GB 250GB Notebook $715

One of my friends want to buy a new laptop, and we are now looking at the Gateway M-6752.
It is 15.4in Intel Core 2 Duo T5450, 3GB 250GB...
Has anyone bought it? How is it?
We found a deal on it .. $715..

Is this a good laptop and a good price?
We need you advice…

Well from what I can find that laptop uses the GM965 chipset and may be a problem if you are wanting to put Linux on it.
