Where is the cheapest place to have digital photos printed? Can be web based or real life store. I've looked at ofoto and snapfish, but the prices seem unreasonable. Shouldn't it be cheaper than having regular film developed?
honestly, you can get excellent (ink jet i believe) printers for home use that are designed for just this purpose very cheaply now. cannon and hp and lexmark all have them now and the photo-paper is not that expensive either. in the long run if you are going to want a lot of them printed, then i'd take a look at investing in a printer that will handle it.

Try Walmart. One local to me, develops digital photos for about 40 cents each. With the fact that these photos can be edited to your liking and you only develop the ones that you like, I believe it actually comes out cheaper in the end than buying and developing film and film photos.

My mom uses shutterfly.com and is really happy with their service... she bought a package deal - 300 prints for about 30 cents each.
