I have a Dell C600 with a built in tv-out. The exact Videocard is Rage Mobility M3 AGP 2x.
How do I get the tv-out port to work?
Anyone?

I can't find anything in /dev (with a guessable name)

you will have to edit, or set up an extra x config file for the second monitor, and probably get new drivers to do it, good luck this is one arena of linux that ppl are not really working on, or atleast are unwilling to let anything out on, so if you do get it working, post specs and stuff in a how you did it post, to help future users with that problem, i can do it with an nivida geforce2 card but i cant help you with ATI sorry

Try reading up of stuff at http://www.retinalburn.net/linux/; they have drivers for various ATI mobility chipsets, and am using their drivers right now. It's been a while since I had to use them, and for my exact graphics chip (mobility M1, iirc) TV-out doesn't work properly. But you might have more luck if you're willing to experiment :)
