Also if anyone even knows where I could get one would be cool, I checked ebay but they dont have jack shyte. and googleing didnt find anything, I have a server that can take another cpu but finding them isnt easy.

$179.00... Thats a little more than I wanted to spend, because I got the entire server for $169, well thanks for the link, I may get it depending on how desperate I am for those extra Mhz.
