hmmm, I dunno about happy. that doesn't look like a smile. more of a shriek! :eek:

anyway, this guy's gotta be hung like a whale to manage through the shell... :D and the worst is that it's probably paid for by taxpayer money. some people make a big deal about naked statues with genitalia hanging out but nobody minds this... :confused: it's a crazy world we're living in!!!!
