Server Move/Upgrade Project in NJ

Looking for someone who can complete the following project involving
a server move, Linux kernel update and RAID setup:

1- Complete backup of current server

2- Take down current 1U server and remove from rack
- Uninstall the Mobo, CDROM, 3.5 floppy and 2 HD's

3- Install into new 2U case
- Install the above parts
- Install new 3ware 8500-8 RAID controller
- Additional HD's already installed into new server
- Test hardware and install 2U server back into rack

4- Reconfigure OS
- Currently running RH 7.3 with 2.4.18smp kernel
- Re-partition to new specs using new RAID controller (level 5)
- Re-Install complete backup
- Update to latest 2.4.20SMP Kernel ensuring proper RAID functionality.
- Ensure everything is operational and bring back online

The server is co-located in the Quest Data Center in Newark, NJ.
The above work needs to be completed on-site.

The person who is selected should have extensive experience working
with RH Linux Webserver, custom compilation of Kernels as well as
RAID hardware setup and be able to provide references.
