Winex and wineserver-localhost/socket problem

Hi,

I downloaded the new CSV image for wineX. I fixed all the issues that came up, until this one.

wine: lstat /home/yecoyote/.wine/wineserver-localhost/socket : No such file or directory

The folder is indeed empty. Can anyone tell me where/what/why I need this file?

This is a new problem (a couple weeks) since glibc 2.3.2 was released, it broke Wine :D

You need to remove the directory before you use wine...

rm -rf /home/yecoyote/.wine/wineserver-localhost/

then it works...but next time you'll need to remove it again, and again and again....

winehq has fixed this, just waiting for everyone else to catch up.
