AC97 Audio, RH9

I have a ALC650 codec in AC976 audio. I downloaded and installed the module from realtek's website. The module loads, no errors, but it doesn't work. It does absolutely nothing. It is reported as unused in lsmod, but loads fine. I create the /dev devices and my mixer can't fin them. They're there, but my mixer doesn't see them. I checked permissions.

Is there a fix for the BS AC97 audio problem yet?
