Compiling first kernel, wish me luck!

Hey guys, Im just trying out a compile of the unstable 2.5.66 kernel. Its on a testing machine anyway, but I thought it worth the try. I went through make mrproper, then menuconfig, then when I went to do make dep && make bzimage && make modules it said they weren't neccasary. I then did make modules and am now on make install. Again, wish me luck!

Make dep isn't necessary, but make bzImage and and make modules are. Watch for errors, as some things (such as SB Awe 32 support) are broken.
