If it is free... why do they charge your credit card? It isn't really free ya know

I am using it. Its a 5 dollar initial fee to set it up, then you get ten hours every month free. One dollar for every extra hour until you hit ten dollars, then it is unlimited. Basically, the most you pay is 10 dollars a month, and if you're away for a month, you don't get fined. I like it alot, haven't dropped a single connection yet.
