I need help with kernel upgrade

I'm ruinning suse 2.2.16. I need to go to 2.4.29 so I can install a driver for my winmodem. Here are my questions.

1 - Where do I find a 2.4.19.rpm

2 - do I need any other rpm packages installed before or after or can I just install 2.4.19.rpm and everything will work.

also i am putting together a website with some how-to's. the website is not done and i am not ready to start having visitors. but i have finished the kernel how-to upgrade.
