Re-organising KDE menus

OK

This should be obvious - seeing as this is Linux and all..

But how on EARTH do I modify the menu layout on the KDE button? I've searched through the convoluted menu structure in Redhat 8 for something obvious and have poked around some of the web sites but no lock.

What am I missing here?

Try the KDE Menu Editor (System -> Menu Editor, I believe).
