Me? I only use KDE.

Search this forum (based on titles only) for 'KDE Gnome' as you will find loads of polls/discussions on which is the best.

aCK KDE reminds me of windows too much. I like GNOME because its much more customizable. I would die w/o the panel. (OK maybe not but it would hurt my productivity)

Well, I use icewm, but I prefer GNOME to KDE.

Blackbox for sheer simplicity and low on hogging resources.

Gnome.

KDE is too colourful, busy, etc. I like a clean/smiple desktop. I don't want bells stacked on top of whistles, resting on a foundation of doo-dads with whiz-bangs flying around, oompa-loompas resizing windows all the while singing that damn OOMPA LOOMPA song.

But that.s just me.

:)

oh...Gnome++

I use Fluxbox for the speed. And since I like the speed, I try to use only Gnome apps. In my experience KDE apps take a longer time to load whether you're in KDE or not.

I can never get the Oompa Loompas to compile right!
