web form to fax machine

I know its possbile to to send the data collected by a web form to an email address, and I'm sure its possible to send it to a fax machine with maybe CGI or some server side scripting. I was wondering if there is a way to do this with javascript, or if there is a free utility or service out there that provides this option.
