Hey,

I was just wondering how everyone feels about these certs?

I am studying for the linux+ and lpi at the moment, along with my CCNP.

Do employers really look at these certs like the do cisco, and MS?

I would not have the job I have now without the certs I have!

I've only come across one job in the past six months that wanted an RHCE.

The key here is not to get to caught up in how many letters you have after your name. All certifications are is something to tell possible/current employers about your level of knowladge and help you get hired/promoted. The key though is to actually have the knowladge and not be "paper" certified. There is nothing worse than someone who has a cert yet has hardly touched the product or really does not know a whole lot.

Though to answer your question, yes I have certs.
