I'm currently staying in Melbourne and left my set of RH8.0 cd's back in Malaysia.
I'm in Melbourne Victoria and I was wondering if there was anywhere I could purchase cheap download editions of RH 8.0. Anybody can point me in teh right direction?
I don't have a credit card and that's the problem really.

Are you looking to purchase the cd's or can you download the iso images and burn them yourself?
Redhat has all sorts of mirror sites you can download the iso images from and also www.linuxiso.org has Redhat available for download.

These guys (http://www.edmunds-enterprises.com/linux/cart.php/ba/pdtl/product/167) have super cheap copies for sale. Basicly the cost of the Disks and shipping

try ebay. there are sellers on there from the land down under. one may let you drive over and pick up after bid.
do the computer stores in Australia carry Redhat???
most the major computer store here in the USA do, mostly Redhat, Mandrake & sometimes SuSE
but since France is being a trouble maker for the USA's desire to kick Iraq's butt i think Mandrkake is going to be banned from retail outlets along with most all other french products...
