You know you've used Mozilla (or Opera; it's Mozilla in my case) too long when you're in a situation that requires the use if Internet Exploder, and you keep on clicking that stupid middle button expecting a new tab to open; instead you just get the retarded Windows default middle-button action. Last I checked, said action was an auto-scroll type deal, which to me is worthless.

Now how to use the keyboard to switch between tabs....

KDE - you keep right-clicking to log off your friend's Win9x box

try Ctrl-Tab (to the right) and Ctrl-Shift-Tab (to the left) - atleast in phoenix

.... when you're forced to use windows (in school, etc.) but you find that the dos prompt does not understand tab completion or a command history. Especially, when you do it repeatedly or every time.

ls

cd /

Tab completion

Copy/Paste - keep forgetting I need to use ctrl-c or edit/copy instead of just selecting with the mouse. Same when pasting with the middle button.

It used to be the other way around when I first started with Linux.

Open up regedit search for CompletionChar and set it to have the hex value 9.

BadaBing! tcsh style tab-completion in Windows DOS thingies. Only works on 2K/XP as far as I know.

You know you've used Mozilla too much when you start expecting all of your other web browsers to display websites correctly.

h4w! :p

Oh, btw, for those 98 users who are interested, you can transfer/backup your OS to another drive this easy:

(say your OS is entirely on C: and you want to transfer it to another hard disk D: -already formatted D: of course, and best if each drive is master of its own IDE chanel)

Start>Run>xcopy32 /h/i/c/k/e/r/y c:\*.* d: click okay and away you go

When done just configure the system to boot the D: drive as the primary OS drive and you will be staring at a duplicate of your Win98 install

I do recommend that you delete all those megabytes of temp internet files before starting though... c:\WINDOWS\>deltree tempor~1
