why can't I find libqt3?!!!

I need libqt3 3.1-1 for SuSE 8.0. Oddly enough I can't find it! I found several qt3-devel-* files on suse.com, but no libqt3. Could it be under a different name?

just use the command

locate libqt

I have /usr/lib/qt3 /usr/lib/qt2 /usr/lib/qt2.3.2 /usr/lib/qt3.1.1 etc.

I am trying to install an rpm that said I need to install libqt3 >= 3.1-1. The rpm that requires libqt3 is made for Mandrake, I have SuSE. I can't find a construction of the package for any other distro besides Mandrake and RedHat. I've tried the source-rpm, but it ended up with tons of syntax errors.
