I downloaded and installed the following packages:

enlightenment-0.16.5-1.i386.rpm and fnlib-0.5-1.i386.rpm from http://www.gurulabs.com/downloads.html they were both pre-compiled for RedHat 8.0.

Now, how do I run it?

It depends on how you run x. If you boot to the console and use startx then just comment # out your current window manager in ~/.xinitrc and add the line:
exec enlightenment

I've never used the graphical login (if you do). But if that's the case have a look at this thread (http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=89684).

OOPS! I lost the thread to which I meant to link. That wasn't the right one. Sorry. Anyway, if that's the case try searching JL or someone could help with that method. :)
