KDE trash can

Silly this, but it's annoying me. I thought that the "empty" trash can icon on KDE changed to a "full" trash can icon when something was placed in it. Mine isn't doing that anymore and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it. Any body know?

Mine does that to. Whats up with this thing? If I find out anything to fix this I'll post again with info. Hang in there. At least where not alone

Thanks for the reply. I finally just upgraded to Mandrake 9. It's great. And, the trash can works.:D

Did you upgrade from mandrake 8 or do a fresh install? Where did you get the copies and how much did it cost?
I have Mandrake 8.2 and am considering a upgrade. Just wondering what you may have run into.

I have been playing around with that icon thingy. I haven't figured it out yet. That thing is weird. I even had at one point ALL folders looking like a trash can.

Anybody else have any ideas??:confused:

I got Mandrake 9.0 online from
http://linuxcentral.com

It cost me $6.95 but there was also a $10.20 shipping charge. Still, not bad. I don't have a cd-rw or r so downloading iso's is kinda out of the question for now. I'm also on modem. So, the total cost of $17.15 was well worth it.

I see today that 9.1 is out and can be downloaded, but it's not up sale, yet, at the linuxcentral site.

Good luck. oh, btw, you get no written instructions, just the 3 cd's.
