Change default apps in RH8?

I've installed RedHat 8. I installed KDE and Gnome, but I am using KDE. How do I change it so that the web browser icon and the email icon open Konqueror and KMail instead of Mozilla and Evolution? I can't seem to find anything related to this under preferences or the like.

I tried adding a ~/htmlviewrc, but it didn't seem to help.

I just edited the /usr/bin/htmlview script to prefer konq over mozilla. Is there no better way to do this?

if its on your taskbar just reight-click on the ico and select preferences and you can change to where it points to or you can add a button to it by right-clicking on the taskbar and going to [b]Add>Button>Extras>Internet.Konqbrowser

if you want every application to calls mozilla to view its html files (eg. NetBeans) you can often change settings within the program itself, last but not least you can edit /usr/bin/html view to just call konqueror
