windows 2000 domain logon wih samba

how do I log onto my w2k domain through samba?
I have swat setup, but I can't get on the domain.
I have a user name and psswd for the computer setup in active sites and directorys.

I used LinNeighborhood (http://www.bnro.de/~schmidjo/) as the GUI frontend for setting-up my Samba shares. Very easy to use:)
