I use Qmail, which anti-spam to use?

I use Qmail for our mail server needs with Redhat.
I want a good anti-spam app to add to the server.

I would like one that uses the blacklists that are already on the net. I don't want to spend a lot of time having to update rules.

I've heard SpamAssassin is pretty good. I'm going to look at it soon for my company's needs.
