I have a Kodak dx3700 which has been recognised and installed and when I connect it to the computer it appears as a icon on the desktop, the problem occurs when I try to download the photos with gtcam and if I click on the camera icon.
I have had the following error messages:
could not list folders in '/
an error occurred in the io-library ( could not claim usb device)
could not claim interface 0 device or resourse busy
has anyone got any ideas.
