Installing LFS:mount prob

Hi, I am installing FLS4.0 on a Athlon.
I am up to the part where I am supposed to mount the /proc directory. But it gives me this error:

bash: /static/bin/mount: No such file or directory

I tried to reinstall util-linux-2.11u (package that contains mount and umount) but for no good. Also mount and umount are in /static/bin/mount, but linux cant "see it". Any guesses :confused: Thanks

not sure if this will help, but is /static/bin/mount in your path?

I mean if I understand you correctly, you can go into /static/bin/mount and you see it there right?

Then when you issue the mount command somewhere else you get the error?

I'd check your path and see...

No that is not it. When I am in the directory /static/bin and I try ./mount it gives me the same error. But mount IS there. I never seem something like it :(
