Netscape is unable to locate the server...

I'm having trouble getting on the Internet using Suse 6.2. Everytime I try I get two Netscape warnings saying that Netscape is unable to locate the server blah blah... I've looked this problem up but none of the solutions have worked. I can go to sites with their ip addresses and the right ip's are in resolv.conf. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me.

You sure the right name servers are in resolv.conf? It's possible that your ISP's DNS is down. Try opening up an xterm and using lynx to get on the web "lynx www.google.com" If that doesn't work then verify your DNS ip in resolv.conf....try putting in 24.26.193.64 and 24.26.193.65 (road runners but will still work).

What dialer are you using? Firewall? Networking? DNS addresses are correct? Can you ping?

Thanks for the help, one of the DNS ip's wasn't working and I wasn't told about it. It works now, so thanks.
