Yes. It's a very easy-to-install plugin. I think it's under preferences from the main Gaim dialog. Preferences/Options, something like that. Just poke around till you find the right screen. Then choose plugins, add the MSN plugin, put in you info, and you're good to go. Took me about 30 sec.'s.
