I would have taken a poll whether it would be KFC or Kenny Rogers but there's probably more than....
I prefer KFC, yummy chicken, Zinger's good and it matches with their coleslaw. I only like Kenny's fixins, that's it.

I would say sage chicken, grilled in my back yard. Although if you wanted to talk duck....we would definately be answering with "Peking".:D

I agree with Mr. Bishop.
There's no fast food that can come close to your own homemade
(and can you post that recipe for sage chicken? It sounds wonderful) :)

It's not hard, just make a paste with garlic, butter, and sage(better stick a bit of cumin in there too). Broil the chicken at 350 in the oven for about 35 minutes(about 2 tablespoons soy sauce in the bottom of the pan with a bit of stock, along with some salt and fresh ground black pepper(white or lemon pepper if you prefer)then put it on the grill. Rub the paste onto it, turning about every 15 minutes. Nice crispy sage flavored crust.

Nothing beats the grilled chicken breast at Swiss Chalet. Best chicken I've ever had, and I just had it again last night. :)

Yay!
My favorite is BBQ chicken on a outdoor smoker/grill using charcoal & Hickory wood, leaving the skin on the chicken to hold in the juices, and about 15 minutes before it is done cooking i spread on BBQ sauce and turn frequently as to not burn the sauce, (((YUMMY)))

Good take-out chicken from Planet Wings.
How many of you have one of those around where you live?
Ya-Ya's in the Detroit area. Marinated and grilled. Soooooo good :) .
