age of mythology?

Would age of mythology by ensemble studios work with an emulator in linux? (I would test it.... except... i havent installed linux yet).

Nope, Age of Mythology is currently NOT supported.

It does not work yet. Not even with winex from www.transgaming.com. When attempting to run, you get the splash screen, but then an error about not having a required 3d accelerator card appears and the screen closes.

I tried running this on my gaming MD9 box with a GF4 4600/xp1900, with the latest Nvidia drivers installed. It seems it would be a fairly easy fix for the transgaming fellas to work on. But with everyone voting anti MS games there, i doubt it will anytime soon. As great as this game is.

remind them thart it's ensemble studios who make the game..... all MS do is publish it and get the glory.

a friend told me that vmware *might* work, i hope to get linux today so i will know soon one way or another
