When I start my network I get full duplex in my LAN but only 1/2 duplex talking to my ISP's (Speakeasy) gateway:

eth0: Setting 100mbps full-duplex based on auto-negotiated partner ability 45e1.
eth1: Setting half-duplex based on auto-negotiated partner ability 0000.

They insist this is a problem with my configuration and that they are running full duplex.

Must be your isp coz its autoconfigured u might wanna try to set it manually instead of automaticly.
