I wanna buy a new mouse and I'm curious if this will be supported by RedHat 8.0.

The mouse is a wireless microsoft mouse, you can find it:

According to the RH 8.0 Hardware Compatibility List http://hardware.redhat.com/hcl/?pagename=hcl&view=quicksearch#results
it does not look like that mouse is officially supported with the default kernel. You may be able to configure support for this device into your current kernel though

Yes, I have a Logitech Optical cordless mouse and it work just fine.
