How about a distro specific area?

So often there is something that is specific to one distro or another...for example Mandrake put things in one directory while Red Hat or Gentoo might put it in another...or have another directory that another doesn't.

I don't think we'd need one for every distro under the sun, but start with say 4-5 of the most used distros.

The reason I bring this up is because there have been several times I have asked for help and although I got good replies...they were good for another distro...but Mandrake set things up differently.

Unfortunately if we did that, every one would want their distro to have a forum as well. It just wouldn't be fair to others. What you could do is say in your post that you'd prefer only those with Mandrake Linux experience to help you out.
