I have recently installed M9 and d/l and installed q3ademo but it runs really slow so I'm assuming I have to get drivers for my gf3 card from Nvidia and I'm not sure which ones to get.My second question is will gf3 run q3ademo as I have only seen it with the 3dfx cards.

Nvidia riva tnt running retail quake 3 arena. works a smidge slow but thats because of my processor. games ran even slower in windows so I can't complain.

nvidia.com -> download drivers -> search LNO -> realization -> ? -> Profit!

The Q3A Demo should work.

As for the Drivers, download the Tarballs.

Make sure to have the Nvidia Linux Driver installation readme file open, as it gives you instructions on how to install the drivers.

q3a demo absolutely screams on a GeForce3.

goto www.nvidia.com and goto the drivers section.

When you get to linux section download the NVChooser, and it will tell you what to download.
