Greetings
I'm a senior volunteer with a Philadelphia area non profit project that takes donated computers and fixes them up for economically challenged families.
Thanks to some extremely generous corporations we are getting more and more computers in that don't need to get fixed. So some of the 2000 machines we have in the warehouse need to go. Most of the parts I have, like the 100+ ISA ethernet cards or dozens of ISA and PCI video cards. We tossed all the hard drives under 500 meg but I still have almost 200 of these half gig drives left.
All available in exchange for financial contributions or donations. If you live in the Philadelphia area we need volunteers. And for your time and effort you can have as many 486 computers as you want. :) They have been getting thrown out at a rate of 2 dozen a day. I hate selling a working machine for pennies a scrap pound.
The name of the project is TeamChildren.com or Childrens Project 2000 and it's in the north western suburbs of Philadelphia in Norristown. Please visit their website at www.teamchildren.com or email childrensproject@go.com
Thanks for looking
