When trying to install rpm updates for samba and python, no matter what order I try to install the rpm's, I get failed dependencies. It's a catch-22. The dependencies that are failing are for the other rpm's that I'm trying to install. And if I try to install the ones the dependencies are asking for, they complain about not having the others...ARGHHHHHH!!!!

Here are the rpm's:
libpython2.2-2.2.1-14.1mdk.i586.rpm
python-base-2.2.1-14.1mdk.i586.rpm
python-2.2.1-14.1mdk.i586.rpm
tkinter-2.2.1-14.1mdk.i586.rpm
samba-common-2.2.7-2.1mdk.i586.rpm
samba-client-2.2.7-2.1mdk.i586.rpm
samba-doc-2.2.7-2.1mdk.i586.rpm

Any ideas?

BTW...I'm using kpackage to do the updates.

Put them all in an empty directory, and then as root open a console and type in urpmi* it may well work.
