Red Hat Linux(7.3) Installation

I am a real newbie to LINUX. I have installed(?) RedHat(7.3) just a few hours back.I opted for Boot Disk to access Linux.Now I've forgotten my login name & Password and can't access LINUX.
Any body please help.

You've forgotten both your username and password?

Can you login as root?

If you can, have a look in the home directory for your username and then use

passwd <username>

to change the user's password.
