Hi,
I hope someone can help me with this one
I tried to install libranet 2.0
but no older S3 video card support in XFree4
so i got wired up from the command line and
apt-get xserver-common-v3 xserver-svga
so now x starts up fine
BUT .......You knew something was coming.....
No Fonts -- just a bunch of bar code looking crap
on all the graphical widgets at the log in and in the
default wm icewm and at the xterm prompt.
I did get normal English font however when I typed in the
log-in text box so the fonts are there and my keyboard is mapped correctly
Any Debian gurus who can come riding in on a white penguine and
help me out ????
