Is it possible to have multiple class Cs on a single NIC, or do I need to set up one NIC for one class C + gateway and the other NIC on a separate class C + gateway?

With C/W going belly up, we are transitioning our servers over to another class of IPs, but, we'd like to do that gradually and seamlessly... Any thoughts/help?

How about I single box with 3 nics, one to each provider and one to the lan?? Since you'll have two class Cs, you'll have to proxy-arp the ip's that are in use on the protected lan. You could multi-home the machines on the lan for both class C's if you want, but that might be a little more dicey...
