i am using LM 9.0 with GNOME desktop, just tryin it out. well could someone tell me how i can get the icon for the "desktop" into my menu bar? KDE comes with it already there and i can't seem to find it in GNOME.

Someone asked the same question a few days/week ago.

Have a look in the Desktop/Window Manager forum or try a forum search. i.e. 'show desktop'
