Help me pleeeeease... (MPlayer)

Have nearly got MPlayer working with DVDs. The message i am getting while it is running is:

"Encrypted stream but you did not request authentication!!"

I have complied it with libcss file encrytion stuff

The DVD is playing but it is all meesy on screen. (the same way as digital tv is when the signal is bad)

Someone please tell me what to do...

did you install libdvdread? I would think so if that is included in the libdvdcss 'stuff' ;)
