any way to change themes in SuSe?

I am new to linux, about to install SuSe, but before I do I would like to know if I can change themes and icon sets and such under KDE.

can I use themes from http://www.kde-look.org?

can I change icon sets?

I have SuSE 8.0 and have no problems whatsoever importing themes from kde-look. You can change just about everything including the quick-launch buttons.
