Firstly, I'm running Mandrake 9.0 with GNOME 2.
Fonts have never looked great on this box. They got better when I installed the basic TrueType fonts and when I got nVidia's drivers running. But I installed FreeType and now everything lookslike ****. Literally, most stuff is barely readable.
Anybody know a fix to this? Configuration files I should check out? Thanks a lot.
