I first used KDE - there in the K-Menu (left-side) I found the MAndrake-Control-Center - and I set some Icons to the bar at the bottom. (f.e. xine and opera)
-
But then I played around with the different WindowManagers - tried this and that but nothing really satisfied, so yesterday I came back to KDE - but unfortunatly - there is´nt the same K-Menu as before. Now there are many many programs (what I think is not so bad) but I can´t find the mandrake-control-center anymore or xine. I searched every submenu and wonder about the new structure. And the Icons at the bottom-bar disappeared and when I click on where the Icon was it said, that it can´t find the program.
-
So please somebody can help me getting back this mandrake-specific programs.
I did already a "program-search" with this tool I found (should ad all extern programs or old programs to the menu) but this tool didn´t add f.e. xine and can´t find mandrake-specific ones.

Thanks in advance for any hint

I started again with another WindowManager - and then in MandrakeControlCenter (here I could start it) - I changed the menü-settings from "all programs" to "mandrake menu".
Didn´t know that I did change this.
-
But I´m wondering why in Mandrake-Menu - so many programs are hidden. ´Don´t know how to find them with konsole.
-
So mhm I think I have to change the menu-structure from time to time.
