Rh 8 ?

I will Try to install RH 8.0 and I have GF 4 Mx 440 ..

Redhat is detecting GF 4 Mx 440 automaticly ?

Is the GF4 listed in the Redhat 8.0 Hardware Compatibility List (HCL)?

You would still be advised to install the drivers from Nvidia. www.nvidia.com

Plenty of previous threads here on nvidia that can help.

But , in the installion if Redhat cant detect the graphic card how can I open the linux ?

You should still be able to use the generic nvidia driver 'nv' that XFree86 includes.

Most of us do until we download and install the nvidia drivers.

I asked this question because When I tryed to install Redhat 7.2 it didnt detect my GF4 and ý cannot start X

I hope in rh 8 it will be not :-)
