Is there a GUI (graphical) tool/program that could be used to setup "Bind", "Sendmail", "Apache", and etc, easily. I would like something that is "moron proof" or requires little working knowledge of linux or associated commands/programs?
Thanks, in advance.

There is a program called Webmin (www.webmin.com) that you can install on a Linux server. Then all services(Apache, DHCP, BIND, Samba, FTP plus more) and just about all facets of the Linux server can be configured from a Web browser. Either from the local machine or accross the network.
It sure beats editing configuration files manually but I don't know if I'd call it moron proof. You still have to have some idea how those services work to be able to configure them. It sure lessens the slope of the learning curve though.
