Try to learn Assembly Language

With still 2 years to go before I head off to College, I want to learn as much as I can on my own before I head off. I already have a thorough knolege of C/C++ and Assembly looks like a LOT of fun. But I'm finding it very hard to find a good place to learn it. I need some helpful links or refrences to books. Thanks.
