Redhat 7.2 installation troubles

Hi, I'm having difficulty installing linux. I'm getting a kernel panic directly after I press the enter button to go ahead and install.

I'm attempting to install RH v7.2

950 mghz athlon processor
256 mb dram
27 gig hd, western digital
