I have had it with Microsoft's Proxy Server on NT!
Even if I have to take the next two months to figure Linux out I am definitly setting it up.
My question is what hardware is enough just to serve as a proxy server to 3 computers running Windows 95 (Try convincing computer ignorants to switch to Linux!) on a NDIS line.

Pretty much anything you run will work fine with Linux. You can do a bare bones install, and not run X, that way you can get away with 32MB of Ram or less, and 133Mhz processor or less. I've got a proxy running at home with an Acer Aspire with those parameters, with no problems.
