Network printing in Gentoo

I've got a small network at home with my Shiny Gentoo Box(TM), a couple ugly Windoze boxen, and a linksys wireless print server. My question is: How do I set up printing with this setup?

NOTE: I'm really bad at setting up network printers, so please explain things as you would to Bobo, the drunk, half-retarted Canadian stepson of Andrew "Dice" Clay and Mike Meyers. :)

The best place for Gentoo newbies (forums.gentoo.org). If you don't find the answer to your question there, I doubt you'll find it elsewhere.

PS. By the way, the Gentoo forums are useful for any Linux user, although they are designed primarily to serve the Gentoo community.
