..Anybody else get this error? after extensive searching, I've found that there are mainly two solutions that have worked for other people:
1.) chmod +s XFree86
2.) chmod +s Xwrapper
Well, XFree86 is already suid root, so that's one solution out of the bag already. As for Xwrapper, I don't have one. Does XFree86 4.2.0 not have the 'Xwrapper' script? Or is this a Gentoo thing?
(I'm running Gentoo 1.4_rc1 compiled using gcc3.2 on a Tyan Tiger MPX system using "-march=athlon-mp -O3 -pipe")
